WS Studios Wins Award for Most Wanted Salon 2019 at the London Hair and Beauty Awards


The 27th October 2019 was a big night for hair and beauty salons across London. The date of the city’s annual Hair and Beauty Awards, it saw a number of standout businesses recognised for their achievements.


Among the lucky winners was WS Studios, which took home the gong for the Most Wanted Salon 2019, after facing off stiff competition from competitors including Taylor Taylor, Hershesons, and Aldo Coppola.



Located in Pimlico, Westminster, WS Studios was opened on the 8th March 2017, and in the intervening two years has done much to impress local residents. As well as reporting impressive client retention rates of 70.33 per cent for 2019 and boasting fantastic reviews, it has acquired over 1,000 customers in the space of a year – a testament to its excellent hair professionals and their unparalleled customer care.




The business counts a number of big-name celebrities among its clientele, including Liz Hurley, Katie Price, Lizzie Candy, Claire Sweeney, Kiera Chaplin, and Made in Chelsea’s most stylish man, Mark-Francis Vandelli. More than 400 elite hair and beauty professionals gathered at The Millennium Gloucester Hotel in Kensington on Sunday October 27,for a glamorous night, put on to acknowledge the best hair and beauty specialists that London has to offer.

The London Hair & Beauty Awards, now in their fifth year have become a stable and leading event, dedicated to those who work hard to improve our appearance and make us look and feel on top of the world.

London’s hair and beauty industry is a fast-growing sector and these awards showcased those who promote excellence, set the trends and turn any dream look into reality.

The Awards also recognised the most distinguish, the most stylish and comfortable salons in London; be it hair, beauty or cosmetic, whose lovely atmosphere and talented team, make them stand out amongst the rest.

The star-studded evening was hosted by the award-winning broadcaster, familiar face on TV and writer, Zara Janjua. She presented the winners as voted for by the public and congratulated them for being at the forefront of the industry.

The competition was fierce but WSSTUDIOSWS Studios Hair Professionals crowned winner in London’s Most Wanted Salon 2019 – Central London category and took the trophy home.

The awards also provided the opportunity to fundraise for a worthwhile cause and this year helped raise money for the official charity partner, Make A Wish Foundation UK who grant magical wishes to children and young people, fighting life-threatening conditions.
